North Western Territories

To address these challenges, the Collège nordique francophone proposes the creation of a Talent Incubator, an innovative learning space combining workshops, mentoring, well-being, creativity and professional support. Aimed at young Francophones studying online who would like to engage in face-to-face exchanges with a local community, whether they are working or in transition, the programme promotes perseverance, linguistic confidence and the development of concrete projects. The incubator will help to shape a generation of young leaders grounded in their identity, capable of promoting northern realities and the Francophone community of Yellowknife in a sustainable way.
