The Valorization d’initiatives francophones (VIF) Program, supported by the Action Plan for Official Languages 2023–2028 of the Government of Canada, through Canadian Heritage, aims to provide young people aged 14 to 30 with unique opportunities to come together, share ideas, support one another, and get involved in French.
